All modules

• Convert remaining conf.php.dist files to conf.xml files (DONE).
  • Fix or better cleanup redirection/frameset loading code (possibly done?).
  • Remove use of Prefs::setPref()/Prefs::getPref().
  • Find a better way of accessing user profiles (Identities).
  • Be able to access Horde preferences from within an application's options menu (i.e., if using IMP for authentication, there is no way to change Horde-wide preferences - maybe use Horde_UI_Tabs?)

Horde

• Fix preferences with a "none" preference backend (DONE).
  • Package remaining Horde libs (done 99%).

IMP

• HTML composition (has this been fixed with the recent patch?).
  • Folder changes updating correctly in cache (i.e. subscribed/unsubscribed switching without rebuilding the cache) (DONE).
