Bootable Horde CD

Develop a bootable CD that will load an entire Horde installation, complete with mail server, database, etc. Options include an install
option as well as just booting, and integration with a Horde Installer.

Description

Ralf Lang has begun building an appliance image in open build service
based on openSUSE 42 and the server:php:applications repository.
It includes all basic horde 5 apps.

Missing: Kickstart SQL Schema

Michael R has built a vagrant solution for horde development

Ralf Lang has worked on a docker container solution for horde development to separate services (db, mail service) from the actual Horde stuff.
