If you've been sent to this page, then you have probably written to a Horde project member or mailing list asking for help with your email. You've lost your password, your server seems to be down, something isn't working. As you might guess from the existance of this page, we get these emails a lot. We honestly don't get any satisfaction out of sending anyone to a form response, but the reality is we are open source developers who are not paid to develop and support the software we give away for free. So unfortunately, we can't help you.
The Horde project is a software project. We do not host your email. It is quite likely that your hosting provider /does/ use Horde, but just because they use our software doesn't mean we can do anything about your account. You need to talk to whoever actually runs your email access for you. This might be your ISP, or it might be someone else that you paid for web hosting or for your domain name.
